Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global marketing strategy spanning brand, demand generation, and product marketing
Lead the marketing function, including working with a high level Marketing advisor.
Define and refine the company’s positioning and messaging within a complex, technical space
Drive pipeline growth through multi-channel campaigns
Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing with commercial objectives
Establish thought leadership through PR, content, and industry engagement
Implement data-driven processes to measure performance and optimise ROI

Requirements

8+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within insurtech, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology
Demonstrated success in building and scaling marketing functions in high-growth environments
Strong experience marketing to enterprise clients (e.g. insurers, MGAs, financial institutions)
Ability to translate complex, technical products into clear and compelling narratives
Proven track record in demand generation and go-to-market strategy
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
