Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with roofing contractors and restoration professionals
  • Conduct outreach to potential partners through social media, phone, and email
  • Engage with roofing communities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Manage and grow Endore Claims’ social media engagement
  • Identify and onboard roofing partners who can refer insurance claims opportunities
  • Track leads, partnerships, and outreach efforts
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies that increase contractor engagement
  • Represent Endore Claims professionally in contractor conversations and online communities
Requirements
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable networking and speaking with contractors or industry professionals
  • Familiarity with social media engagement and online communities
  • Self-starter mindset with strong motivation to grow something from the ground up
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
  • Sales, construction, roofing, or insurance industry experience is a plus but not required
