Job Summary
Own the end-to-end growth engine for a mental health consumer brand with one clear thesis, deep ICP mastery, and a hands-on creative machine that fuels funnel from acquisition to retention.
- Growth & funnel ownership: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention in partnership with product.
- Creative engine leadership: generate hooks and artifacts at volume and edit ruthlessly.
- ICP mastery and brand stewardship: precise audience language and trust as a product driver.
Job Description
- Own growth strategy end to end. Bring your own conviction about which engines will carry the next stage. Not five bets - one clear thesis, executed with depth.
- Own creative quality across every customer-facing surface including ads, landing pages, App Store presence, push, email, social, and PR.
- Build and lead the creative engine. Generate hooks, angles, and artifacts at volume while editing ruthlessly.
- Develop deep ICP mastery and build a strong thesis around who users are, how they decide, and what language reaches them.
- Partner closely with the CEO on brand stewardship. For a therapeutic product, brand trust is the product.
- Design measurement scaffolding including clean experiments, honest baselines, compounded learnings, and rigorous testing frameworks.
- Own funnel performance across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in partnership with product.
- Direct and elevate external and internal creative talent including writers, designers, and agencies.
