Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Public Relations, Analyst Relations, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing.
  • Plan, orchestrate, and execute multiple product launches in quick succession, keeping schedules aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Develop and articulate Adaptiva’s positioning and messaging across IT and cybersecurity for enterprise buyers.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a marketing team delivering repeatable, high-volume pipeline through earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans that contribute to pipeline, revenue, and customer expansion with measurable ROI.
  • Own analyst relations with Gartner, IDS, and Forrester to drive leadership recognition in the AEM space.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends to identify whitespace and sharpen brand differentiation.
  • Serve as strategic partner to Sales and Product, ensuring alignment on messaging, enablement, and campaigns priorities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, especially in B2B software startups or high-growth tech.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Strong product marketing foundation with ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a marketing organization through rapid growth.
  • Ownership, metrics-driven outcomes, and bias for action as leadership style.
  • Deep familiarity with Enterprise IT or cybersecurity; endpoint management experience is a plus.
Preferred
  • Deep familiarity with the Enterprise IT or cybersecurity landscape.
  • Experience with endpoint management solutions is a strong plus.
