Job Summary

Own revenue growth by owning the end-to-end pipeline, from targeting and outreach to demos and close, with founder-aligned messaging and a data-driven, experiment-led approach to top-of-funnel demand.

  • Pipeline ownership and forecasting: shape the GTM motion, track MQL/SQL quality, and report progress
  • Outbound demand: run targeted campaigns to marketing leaders at growth-stage firms and close deals yourself
  • Positioning and enablement: partner with founders on messaging, create repeatable sequences, and build scalable playbooks

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end, from strategy and prospecting through close, including forecasting and reporting
  • Build and run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) against a focused ICP of marketing leaders at growth-stage companies
  • Run discovery calls and product demos, and close deals yourself
  • Partner with the founders on positioning, messaging, and offer strategy
  • Drive top-of-funnel demand through targeted outreach and high-leverage marketing experiments
  • Build the playbooks, sequences, and processes we'll scale the team on

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, including owning pipeline and revenue targets for a SaaS or data/analytics product.
  • Strong lead generation skills, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Expertise in account-based or account marketing programs, from target account selection to personalized outreach and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, including workflows, lead scoring, and nurture programs.
  • Close partnership experience with Sales, including building shared dashboards, defining MQL/SQL criteria, and supporting outbound efforts.
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, using data to inform decisions, run A/B tests, and refine messaging and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI/analytics concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams or agencies; comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
