Job Summary

Lead growth and GTM for AIsa as a founding leader, owning both developer adoption and enterprise motion.

  • Own the self-serve adoption funnel from first API key to sustained usage.
  • Must-have: 7+ years in growth/GTMs at API-first or cloud infrastructure companies.
  • Standout: Proven zero-to-one enterprise motion and ecosystem partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale AIsa's self-serve developer and agent adoption motion. Define the activation funnel β€” from first API key to sustained usage β€” and systematically optimize every step. You've done this before at an API-first or infrastructure company and know that developer growth is earned through product experience, not ad spend.
  • Ecosystem & Platform Partnerships: You'll identify, negotiate, and execute partnerships that drive integration and distribution β€” whether that's getting AIsa embedded as a default resource layer in agent platforms, co-GTM with cloud providers, or ecosystem plays that expand our surface area.
  • Enterprise GTM (0β†’1): Our highest-value customers are AI startups and technology companies building agent-based products. You'll build the enterprise motion from scratch β€” from identifying target accounts and running the sales cycle to defining pricing, packaging, and closing contracts. We need someone who has launched an enterprise offering at an infrastructure company and scaled it to meaningful ARR.
  • Narrative & Market Positioning: Own AIsa's external voice. Produce high-signal content that establishes AIsa as the definitive infrastructure layer for the agent economy. This means thought leadership, technical content, speaking engagements, and community presence β€” not generic marketing collateral.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, GTM, or commercial leadership roles at technology companies, with at least one stint at an API-first, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure company (e.g., companies in the vein of Twilio, Stripe, Vercel, Supabase, OpenAI, or similar)
  • Proven track record of building a PLG motion from scratch at an early-stage company β€” including setting up the growth function, defining metrics, and driving measurable adoption
  • Direct experience building and scaling enterprise business from zero β€” identifying ICP, running sales cycles, closing contracts, and growing enterprise as a percentage of revenue
  • Deep understanding of API products, developer adoption patterns, and usage-based business models
  • Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products and a working understanding of agent architectures, tool-use patterns, and the emerging agent ecosystem
  • Strong technical acumen β€” you can read API docs, understand system architectures, and hold your own in conversations with engineering teams and technical buyers
  • Experience at a blockchain infrastructure or Web3 developer platform company (e.g., node providers, RPC infrastructure, wallet SDKs, or similar) β€” we value the pattern-matching from building developer-facing infra products in a nascent, rapidly evolving ecosystem

Preferred

  • Experience with infrastructure products that serve both individual developers and enterprise customers (dual PLG + enterprise motion)
  • Track record of building and managing ecosystem partnerships that drove meaningful product integration and distribution
  • Prior founding or early-hire experience (employee #1–20) at a venture-backed startup with demonstrated ability to operate across multiple functions simultaneously
  • Experience contributing to product development alongside GTM execution β€” e.g., shaping product roadmap, defining features based on customer feedback, working directly with engineering
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and communities (OpenClaw, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel)
  • Existing network within the AI infrastructure and developer tools ecosystem
