Responsibilities

  • Revenue growth and profitability
  • E-commerce performance (CR, AOV, LTV, margins)
  • Growth prioritization and sequencing
  • Cross-channel alignment (paid, CRO, retention, ops)

Requirements

  • 5+ years in e-commerce growth
  • Extensive experience scaling brands to 8 figures
  • A genuine connection to the military and veteran community

Preferred

  • Experience in apparel/gear is a plus
