  • Growth Marketing & Optimization: Develop and execute growth marketing tactics — including landing page optimization, CRO, A/B and multivariate testing, and personalization — managing a continuous experimentation program benchmarked year-over-year against defined performance targets.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Own website analytics and reporting infrastructure via Adobe Analytics, Sitecore and Tableau — tracking website KPIs including traffic, engagement, conversion, SEO/GEO metrics, and content effectiveness, and translating data into roadmap prioritization, UX improvements, and resource decisions.
  • External Digital Touchpoint Cohesion: Ensure all external client-facing digital touchpoints beyond the website — microsites, landing pages, digital publications, client portal interfaces, and interactive tools — are cohesive in brand expression, UX standards, and technical quality through periodic ecosystem audits.
