Job Description

Responsibilities

Run posting and scheduling across four platforms, including content strategy and profile optimization
Film on the lot every day: truck builds, customer moments, and Whiteface Customs happenings
Manage a remote editing team: instruct editors on what to cut, what to kill, and what to repost
Own the merch store and related content workflows
Report to Marketing Director and oversee everyone else in the content pipeline
Lead both shooting and leadership aspects; know what makes content stop scrolling and explain it to editors who aren’t in the room
Show portfolio of work; demonstrate what you’ve made (not just a resume)

Requirements

On-site, full-time in Hereford, TX
W2 employment
Experience leading content creation and remote editing teams
Ability to own posting and scheduling across four platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
Portfolio of prior content work
Ability to explain what makes content stop scrolling to editors not in the room

Preferred

Merch store management experience (bonus)
Experience growing social channels with measurable results (bonus)
Experience leading content creation and remote editing teams (bonus)
