Own hybrid guest-experience and content engine at a physician-owned spa, balancing front desk ownership with social storytelling to drive bookings.

Front Desk & Guest Experience: Own client welcome, scheduling, inquiries, payments, and daily operations.
Social Content: Create and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and monitor engagement.
Collaboration & Trends: Work with staff on promotions and behind-the-scenes content while staying current on beauty trends.

Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment
Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Assist the providers with Guest Relations responsibilities
Ensure the reception area is clean, professional, and stocked
Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Plan and schedule posts using social media tools (e.g., Later, Canva, etc.)
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
Collaborate with staff to showcase treatments, promotions, and behind-the-scenes content

Friendly, professional, and confident in a client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with smartphones, photography, video editing apps, and social platforms
Strong attention to detail and time management
Able to maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Experience in a spa, salon, sales and medical setting is a plus
Experience with content creation or social media marketing is a must
