Responsibilities

• Own the GTM infrastructure.
• Develop automated outbound and inbound workflows.
• Manage lead qualification, CRM architecture, and pipeline management.
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and AI-driven commercial processes.
• Build intelligent workflows for meeting preparation, follow-ups, and customer research.
• Handle deal management and market intelligence.
• Create a single source of truth across customers, pipeline, and revenue operations.

Requirements

• 4–8 years' experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, or Business Operations.
• Strong experience designing end-to-end workflows using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools to create practical business automations.

Preferred

• Experience with platforms such as Attio, Clay, Instantly, Notion, and similar GTM technologies is highly desirable.
