Support and accelerate growth by building IBFlash’s brand, coordinating cross-functional content and marketing initiatives, and shaping future finance recruiting media and infrastructure.
- Grow brand and online presence while aligning with startup growth goals.
- Collaborate on content, social, and distribution to expand reach and drive engagement.
- Help design scalable media infrastructure to attract finance-focused talent and partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Help grow the IBFlash brand and online presence
- Collaborate on content, growth, and marketing initiatives
- Contribute to social media, community, and distribution efforts
- Brainstorm viral content ideas, partnerships, and growth strategies
- Work directly with the IBFlash team on startup growth initiatives
- Help build the next generation of finance recruiting media and infrastructure
Requirements
- Strong interest in finance, startups, growth, creator economy, or social media
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality
Preferred
- Familiarity with finance recruiting culture, online communities, or content creation is a plus
