Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Run the campaigns. Your own audiences, your own copy, your own numbers. This is the floor of the job, not the ceiling.
  • Launch new offers. We add financial products regularly. You take one from nothing (audience, positioning, copy) to its first booked meetings.
  • Launch new channels. Email, WhatsApp and SMS are running. You pick what's next, build it, prove it.
  • Work the whole funnel. Retargeting, reply handling, web-form downsells, routing leads to the right partner. Most of the interesting problems live after someone answers.
  • Build the systems underneath. Claude Code, Clay, n8n, APIs, SQL. You'll be running around 1M emails/day, and that only works if the machines carry the load.

Requirements

  • You've done marketing or sales work where the number was yours
  • You wear a lot of hats and you don\'t wait to be told what to work on
  • You\'d rather have the decision than the instruction
  • You can get real work out of Claude Code
  • You want a hand in getting us to an acquisition, and a share of what that's worth
