Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI-powered GTM systems (n8n, APIs, Clay, Instantly, etc.)
  • Design outbound and lead generation infrastructure end-to-end
  • Analyze client funnels, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements
  • Own client relationships and communicate strategy, progress, and results
  • Continuously optimize systems based on data and performance
  • Integrate tools, APIs, and workflows into unified, scalable architectures
  • Collaborate internally to push forward new automation capabilities and products

Requirements

  • Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Experience in B2B growth / GTM / lead generation systems
  • Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data workflows
  • Ability to build and troubleshoot complex automation systems
  • Strong understanding of outbound (email, LinkedIn, infrastructure, deliverability)
  • Confident in client-facing communication (English required)
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical execution
  • Strong problem-solving and systems thinking mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
