Responsibilities
- Own DTC revenue targets and performance reporting
- Develop quarterly growth plans aligned with company revenue goals
- Forecast performance and identify scalable opportunities
- Monitor, ROAS, AOV, and retention metrics
- Lead lifecycle marketing strategy (welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
- Optimize campaign calendar in partnership with Brand Content Manager
- Own segmentation and list growth strategy
- Improve email revenue as % of total DTC revenue
- Oversee paid social and digital ad strategy (Meta, Google, TikTok as applicable)
- Develop creative testing frameworks with the Brand team
