Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with outreach initiatives and follow-up activities to support pipeline growth and partner engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and strategic insights.
  • Coordinate webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions, and other business development events designed to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Execute targeted lead generation initiatives in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer, including email campaigns, outbound prospecting efforts, and business development outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-up, routing opportunities appropriately to the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing materials, follow-ups, and action items for critical sales meetings and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the CGO and sales leadership to develop and maintain pipeline reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
  • Help streamline workflows and communication between sales, growth, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage logistics, scheduling, and communications related to broker meetings, client engagements, and territory-specific initiatives.
  • Assist the chief growth officer in managing daily priorities and ensuring alignment across strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in external customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
