Job Summary

Own and drive the US GTM and demand-gen engine for a healthcare/LIMS-focused product, shaping positioning, and accountable for cross-functional execution and scalable marketing processes that accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Growth & GTM: Build and execute US strategy, inbound/outbound programs, and partnerships to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with sales, product, and implementations to refine messaging, collateral, and go-to-market motions for LIS/LIMS and diagnostic networks.
  • Scale & operations: Create repeatable marketing processes, measure outcomes, and enable rapid growth in a fast-moving startup.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s marketing and go-to-market strategy for the US market
  • Build positioning and messaging for our LIS and healthcare technology solutions
  • Launch and manage demand generation and lead generation initiatives
  • Work closely with sales, product, implementation, and leadership teams
  • Create and optimize outbound, content, digital, and partnership marketing initiatives
  • Help expand the company’s presence within laboratories, healthcare organizations, and diagnostic networks
  • Support conference, event, webinar, and industry outreach activities
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, customer feedback, and growth opportunities
  • Contribute directly to pipeline growth and commercial expansion efforts
  • Build scalable marketing processes suitable for a fast-growing startup environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, laboratory technology, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of startup environments and fast-paced execution
  • Ability and willingness to work hands-on, not only manage external vendors or teams
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, positioning, and demand generation
  • Experience working closely with sales and product teams
  • Strong communication and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience working with the US market
  • Fluent English

Preferred

  • Experience with LIS/LIMS, laboratory software, diagnostics, or clinical laboratory workflows
  • Existing network within healthcare, diagnostics, or laboratory industries
  • Experience marketing complex B2B healthcare IT products
  • Experience in early-stage or scaling startups
