Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is a part-time remote role for a Growth Media & Content Associate.
  • You will be responsible for creating, designing, and distributing content across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and web.
  • This role combines writing, visual content creation, and SEO support.
  • You’ll also contribute to newsletters, blog content, and ongoing content initiatives while working closely with marketing and product to align messaging with real user behavior.

Requirements

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and naturally
  • Ability to create visually appealing content (Canva, Figma, or similar tools)
  • Experience or strong interest in creating content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or TikTok
  • Familiarity with content strategy or SEO fundamentals, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with minimal structure
  • Able to take ownership and execute without constant direction
  • Strong attention to detail and organization across multiple content streams
  • Solid research skills to support accurate and thoughtful content

Preferred

  • Experience managing social media accounts, blogs, or newsletters
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization
  • Interest in real estate, homeownership, fintech, or education
  • Experience with CMS or email platforms
