Own growth marketing execution across inbound and outbound channels to scale lead generation and pipeline with a data-driven approach.

Growth Infrastructure: Develop and execute strategies to improve organic lead generation (SEO, website optimization).
Demand Capture: Manage outbound campaigns including email marketing and webinar coordination.
Channel Activation: Own conference strategy, including planning, execution, and lead capture.
Content Engine: Produce high-quality content (blogs, white papers) leveraging clinical outcome data.
Sales Enablement: Revamp and optimize sales collateral (pitch decks, pricing guides).
Market Expansion: Support expansion into new markets (e.g., cardiology, insurance payers).
Brand & Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
ROI & Analytics: Track and optimize marketing ROI in collaboration with finance leadership.
AI & Automation: Implement AI tools for outreach automation, lead scoring, and performance tracking.
Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports on campaign results, conversions, and pipeline growth.
