  • Own social presence across Twitter/X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and key communities.
  • Run and optimize paid ads (Reddit Ads, X Ads, Google) and track results.
  • Create authentic content and engage AI/tech communities to drive traffic.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Twitter/X, Reddit, LinkedIn presence
  • Run and optimize paid ads (Reddit Ads, X Ads, Google)
  • Write content: posts, threads, short articles
  • Help with SEO and landing page copy
  • Track metrics and suggest improvements
  • Build presence in relevant communities (Reddit, HackerNews, Discord, Telegram)
  • Create authentic posts, comments, discussions that drive traffic without paid ads
  • Find and engage influencers, developers, AI enthusiasts
  • Guerrilla marketing — creative low-budget tactics to get attention

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing
  • English — Upper-Intermediate+ (our audience is global)
  • Interest in AI/tech space
  • Proactive — this is a startup, you'll have real ownership
