Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy - Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, industries, competitors, products, and growth objectives.
  • Growth Strategy - Build and present comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Growth Strategy - Identify new growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion, retention, and product marketing.
  • Growth Strategy - Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs).
  • Growth Strategy - Present actionable recommendations backed by data and performance insights.
  • Growth Strategy - Collaborate with internal teams across content, design, analytics, and development.
  • Customer Acquisition - You will be responsible for optimizing customer acquisition performance across multiple channels.
  • Paid Media - Manage and optimize campaigns across:
    - Google Ads
    - YouTube Ads
    - Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    - LinkedIn Ads
    - Microsoft Ads
  • Paid Media - Monitor and improve:
    - CAC
    - CPL
    - ROAS
    - Revenue
    - Pipeline generation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid media budgets.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience using GA4 and modern analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and executive stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience working with SaaS, B2B, DTC, eCommerce, or Financial Services companies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Wealthbox, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing freelancers or junior team members.
  • Understanding of attribution modeling and marketing measurement.
