Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full funnel: traffic → registration → purchase → retention
  • Build and optimize landing pages based on traffic source
  • Run A/B tests across funnels, offers, pricing, and UX
  • Analyze performance across channels
  • Improve CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Implement personalization
  • Work with engineering/design to ship experiments
  • Build actionable dashboards

Requirements

  • Proven track record increasing conversion and revenue
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
  • Strong A/B testing experience
  • Funnel customization experience
  • Data-driven decision making
