Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Cultivate and leverage strong relationships with leading global financial media, blockchain/crypto outlets, and key industry influencers (KOLs) to secure impactful coverage.
• Secure high-profile executive interviews, feature articles, and thought leadership placements.
• Manage all corporate messaging, including press releases, articles, briefing materials, and executive communications.
• Oversee the company's social media channels and official website, ensuring timely, insightful, and brand-consistent content.
• Create compelling financial and corporate content (e.g., articles, reports, presentations) in both English and Chinese.
• Drive engagement and enhance corporate image through strategic content curation and distribution.
• Continuously monitor global media landscapes and public sentiment across relevant markets.
• Proactively identify reputational risks and develop/execute mitigation strategies and communication plans.
• Issue timely alerts and provide strategic counsel to leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or financial media relations.
• Established Network: Demonstrable relationships with key global financial media, blockchain/crypto publications, and prominent industry influencers.
• Proven Track Record: Success in securing executive interviews, feature articles, and thought leadership placements in major international financial and blockchain media outlets.
• Sector Expertise: Professional background within institutional financial services is strongly preferred (e.g., Prime Brokerage, Institutional Crypto/Digital Assets, Asset Management).
• Outstanding financial writing, editing, and content development skills (English & Chinese).
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Global & Cultural Fluency: Proven ability to manage communications effectively across diverse global markets, understanding regional media nuances and cultural sensitivities.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential. Additional languages are advantageous.

Preferred

• Experience working within prime brokerage, institutional crypto/digital asset firms, or traditional asset management firms is highly valued.
