Job Summary

Own end-to-end growth marketing spanning paid, content, lifecycle, and partnerships to drive revenue, users, and pipeline, with a data-driven, test-first approach and cross-functional partnership.

  • Growth ownership: forecast, set OKRs, and report on CAC, LTV, conversion, and activation across multiple channels.
  • Lifecycle & activation: build onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention programs, and improve activation with Product and CRM tooling.
  • Experimentation & analytics: establish a culture of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and attribution work with Analytics to optimize performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned to business goals
  • Identify and prioritize high‑impact growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle
  • Own growth objectives and key results, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal partners within Marketing, Portfolio, Product, Sales, etc.
  • Lead agencies and external partners as needed
  • Lead multi‑channel acquisition strategies (paid media, SEO, content, partnerships, referrals, ABM, etc.)
  • Optimize CAC, LTV, and conversion rates through experimentation and testing
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization
  • Build and scale lifecycle marketing programs (onboarding, engagement, upsell, retention)
  • Partner with Product and Customer teams to improve activation and reduce churn

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in revenue, users, or pipeline
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition channels (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using data to inform decisions
  • Experience with experimentation frameworks and marketing technology stacks
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and partner management skills
  • Experience in B2B / B2C / SaaS / e‑commerce
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Experience scaling growth in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment
