Job Description

Build and optimize multi-channel demand-gen programs that move B2B leads from initial contact to opportunity, with end-to-end channel ownership and data-driven iteration to maximize pipeline impact.

  • Growth & Demand Generation: Own multi-channel campaigns across web chat, email, SMS, and phone to accelerate MQL-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Channel & Automation: Own web chat end-to-end, including automated flows and live routing to sellers at the right moment.
  • Personalized Outreach: Send targeted 1:1 emails and outbound messages for sellers, nurture accounts, and re-engage to drive conversations.
  • Campaign Design & Handoff: Partner with marketing ops to convert top performers into scalable automations with clear workflow specs.
  • Persona Messaging: Develop and refine messaging across Samba TV’s key buyer segments for each persona.
  • CRM Workflows: Manage HubSpot and Salesforce pipelines, nurturing sequences, and data quality at scale.
  • Funnel Hygiene: Identify gaps, missing data, and messaging friction; build fixes and new channels as needed.
  • Performance & Reporting: Own MQL→SQL→opportunity→pipeline→revenue metrics and report weekly with data-driven optimizations.
  • AI-Driven Workflows: Use Claude/Cowork and other AI tools to draft outreach, personalize at scale, build automations, and analyze results.
  • Best fit for someone with 2–5 years in B2B demand gen or conversational marketing, comfortable across the full funnel and multiple martech tools.
  • Fluent in HubSpot and Salesforce; proficient with Gong Engage, 6sense, Drift/Qualified, and quick to learn new platforms.
  • Experience designing campaigns with automation logic: triggers, branching, enrollment criteria, and suppression lists.
  • Ability to craft sharp, on-brand 1:1 communications that resonate with target personas and drive action.
  • Understanding ABM principles and executing cross-channel plays aligned with sales priorities.
  • Ability to interpret marketing and sales data to steer outreach and report results to stakeholders.
  • AI-native mindset: daily use of AI tools for outreach drafting, research, design, reporting, and personalization.
  • Comfort navigating complex B2B sales cycles and large organizations to push work forward with imperfect information.
  • Collaborative cross-functional partner who builds strong relationships with sales, ops, design, and product teams.
  • Maintain high quality while balancing velocity to hit targets and experiment with diversified playbooks.
  • health insurance, wellness offerings, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO), and other employee benefits.

Television remains a vibrant cultural influence and an essential source of entertainment and information worldwide. Tremendous growth in content choices, and viewing platforms that allow us to watch anything, anytime, on any screen, has actually made it harder for viewers to discover and keep up with all the great programming available. It’s also more competitive for content providers to keep your attention, and for marketers to make strong, measurable connections with their target consumers.Technology that improves the viewing experience, enables content discovery, and addresses audience fragmentation across screens will strengthen television’s business model and relevance to consumers. Data is at the center of any solution to make TV better.Samba TV's technology is built into Smart TVs and easily maps to smart phones and tablets. By recognizing what's on screen, Samba TV learns what viewers like and using machine learning algorithms, enables discovery of shows and actors in a whole new way. Likewise, our data and measurement products are transforming the way stakeholders across the media landscape are thinking about their business. Given the dramatic growth in streaming services, connected devices, time-shifting, and multi-screen viewership, our data products solve real problems and create a meaningful competitive advantage for our clients.
