Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Write high-quality B2B articles, case studies, and website copy that positions Sundram Tech as a technical leader.
• Social Media Management: Own our organic social presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Draft and schedule daily high-engagement posts, viral hook threads, and video concepts.
• Email Marketing & Newsletters: Plan and execute our weekly email newsletter campaigns. Build custom lead-nurturing email sequences.
• Data-Driven SEO: Perform keyword research, structure blog posts for search rankings, and track performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Growth Loops & Lead Generation: Design and run B2B lead generation campaigns. Collaborate with founders on new marketing channels and growth experiments.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in B2B SaaS marketing, tech copywriting, or digital agency growth roles.
• Linguistic Excellence: Flawless, near-native written English skills (ability to explain complex technical concepts simply).
• SEO & Marketing Tools: Proficiency with Semrush/Ahrefs, Google Analytics 4, and Mailchimp/Hubpress.
• Social Proof: Proven experience building or growing a technical community or organic social accounts (please share handles or links to work).
• Basic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Express for creating clean B2B social graphics.
• Self-Starter: Highly disciplined, comfortable working in an async-remote setting with Notion and Slack.
