Own and scale Arcessio's marketing machine across brand, demand gen, and AI-powered systems to attract engineers and enterprise buyers, while building thought leadership and a product-led growth engine.

  • Create AI-powered workflows and marketing systems to enable a small team to move fast.
  • Drive product marketing, launches, and customer stories to support enterprise and DoD opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve Arcessio's brand, positioning, messaging, and category narrative.
  • Own our website, landing pages, and conversion strategy to turn visitors into engaged users and customers.
  • Create original thought leadership across blogs, LinkedIn, videos, webinars, podcasts, presentations, customer stories, and industry content. We value original insight over AI-generated noise.
  • Design and build AI-powered marketing systems, automations, and workflows that enable a small team to perform like a much larger organization.
  • Own SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), SEM, paid search, email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Reddit, engineering communities, and other channels where technical buyers learn and collaborate.
  • Lead product marketing, including launches, competitive positioning, case studies, sales collateral, and customer storytelling.
  • Build a product-led growth engine that attracts engineers through our platform while supporting enterprise sales into industrial companies and the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Own Arcessio's event strategy, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events. Drive pre-event outreach, meeting generation, partner engagement, and post-event pipeline conversion.
  • Continuously measure, experiment, and optimize every stage of the customer journey through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • We're far more interested in builders than years of experience.
  • The ideal candidate is relentlessly curious, deeply AInative, and energized by creating leverage through automation.
  • Be an exceptional writer with outstanding judgment, taste, and storytelling ability.
  • Use AI as a force multiplier—not a replacement for original thinking.
  • Understand the difference between AI-generated content and genuine thought leadership.
  • Have experience building AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive work, improve quality, and dramatically increase execution speed.
  • Be comfortable moving quickly, experimenting often, and building systems rather than simply managing campaigns.
  • Be analytical, resourceful, and excited to challenge conventional marketing approaches.
  • Thrive in an early-stage startup where priorities evolve quickly and everyone builds.
  • AINative Experience

Preferred

  • Ideal candidates have experience in one or more of the following:
  • - Product-led growth (PLG) companies where marketing and product drove customer acquisition.
  • - Marketing technical products to engineers, developers, or other highly technical buyers.
  • - AI, developer tools, cybersecurity, infrastructure software, robotics, manufacturing technology, CAD, industrial software, or similar technical markets.
  • - Building marketing functions from the ground up in an early-stage startup.
  • Traditional enterprise-only marketing experience without hands-on AI experimentation is unlikely to be sufficient for success in this role.
  • We'd love to see examples of AI-powered workflows, automations, or systems you've built that significantly improved marketing effectiveness, accelerated execution, or created measurable business impact.
  • Show us something you've built—we're more interested in your curiosity and creativity than a perfectly polished résumé.

Arcessio

Accio3D is becoming Arcessio—a new name for our expanded vision of manufacturing intelligence. Derived from the Latin arcessio, meaning “to summon” or “call forth,” our name reflects our mission: enabling companies to summon the right part, process, supplier, and production capacity on demand. Arcessio’s AI-powered platform analyzes engineering data to identify how every part should be manufactured, recommends the optimal process, material, supplier, and price, and orchestrates fulfillment through a trusted manufacturing network. With the addition of technology and capabilities developed by Castor Technologies, Arcessio now supports additive manufacturing alongside CNC machining, casting, injection molding, and other advanced production methods—helping organizations adopt modern manufacturing faster, strengthen supply chain resilience, and produce what they need, where and when they need it.
