Job Summary

Drive data-driven marketing analytics as the primary analytics partner for Marketing and Content teams.

  • Own dashboards and analyses that inform planning, content creation, and execution across Marketing and Content.
  • 4+ years in Growth/Marketing/BI with strong GA, SQL, and data-visualization tool experience.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive forecasting, testing, optimization, and competitive landscape insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary analytical partner to Marketing and Content teams, embedding data-driven insights into planning, content creation, and execution workflows.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports focused on core marketing KPIs, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for marketing data structures, ensuring consistent tracking, definition, and usage of metrics across the organization.
  • Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses on marketing performance data to identify root causes, trends, and growth drivers.
  • Analyze user data to map end-to-end customer journeys and identify friction points for personalization and optimization.
  • Define and prioritize A/B testing hypotheses with Marketing, analyze results, and synthesize learnings into best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and BI teams to support forecasting, budget planning, and predictive modeling initiatives.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to inform Everyday Health’s strategic positioning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, BI, or Insights, preferably in a B2C, media, or subscription business; strong digital marketing metrics knowledge.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Domo.
  • Analytics-obsessed with strong ability to translate large data sets into actionable decisions.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional, with project management and leadership skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
