Job Summary

Own and scale healthcare media strategies across multiple brands, turning audience insights into integrated omnichannel plans, budgets, and client-ready POVs.

  • Own executive-level strategy and plan development for several brands, with performance reviews and course corrections.
  • Lead investment decisions across SEM, social, programmatic and other channels with rigorous forecasting and budget stewardship.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with senior clients and guide cross-functional teams through insights-driven, compliant campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as senior strategic lead and primary decision-maker for assigned brands
  • Oversee development of full funnel, omnichannel strategies aligned to brand and business objectives
  • Lead development of the annual strategic and tactical media plans grounded in audience insights, data and performance analytics
  • Present recommendations, results and forward-looking strategies confidently to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Confidently lead high-level client presentations and planning discussions
  • Build strong senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
  • Contribute meaningfully to new business efforts and agency growth Initiatives
  • Oversee all aspects of plan development across biddable media (SEM, social, programmatic)
  • Provide oversight across all channels, including biddable, endemic, point-of-care, custom programs, video, conferences, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure plans are insight-driven, performance-oriented, and integrated across channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Advertising/Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred)
  • 7 – 9+ years of media planning experience with strong healthcare/pharma expertise
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple brands or complex accounts
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare media ecosystem
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with media research, planning and reporting tools preferred
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
