Drive Nexus Family Healing’s agency marketing portfolio with strategy, campaigns, and cross‑portfolio partnerships to raise awareness and referrals.

• Lead development and execution of agency marketing plans to generate leads.
• Serves as the primary strategic marketing contact for a portfolio of agencies across Nexus.
• Directs team members on multiple projects including media buys, social media, branding, collateral, and website presence.
• Identifies and monitors KPIs to analyze referral sources and recruitment processes.
• Identifies opportunities across agencies for cross-promotion and collaboration.
• Manages marketing budgets for specific service lines and agencies.
• Builds relationships with key industry partners and communities served.
• Identifies key stakeholders and develops ongoing outreach with foster parents, industry partners, and media.
• Supports development initiatives with marketing and fundraising campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of multi-disciplinary marketing experience.
• 3+ years account management or client relations.
• 2+ years supervisory or mentorship experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Proven success overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Valid driver’s license and travel to Nexus sites.
• Occasional travel to Nexus Sites.

• Experience in behavior health, social services and healthcare preferred.
