Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop content for clients’ product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements, adhering to company and department standards
  • Collaborate with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers to produce cohesive, high-performing assets for listings and marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging graphics for Amazon ads, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, designed to increase click-through rates and conversions
  • Research industry trends and analyze competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge in visual storytelling
  • Explore and implement new design trends, tools, and eCommerce best practices to keep the brand visually innovative and relevant
  • Maintain organized files and asset libraries to streamline the design process across teams
  • Communicate effectively with managers and team members to resolve inconsistencies and ensure alignment with client and company goals
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to support project objectives
  • Serve as a technical resource for colleagues, providing guidance and support on design-related tasks
  • Consistently meet or exceed department performance standards

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of highly relevant e-commerce or Amazon-specific design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating compelling visuals for product listings and advertising
  • Experience creating Amazon ads, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce design principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Docs or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor analysis, and innovative design tools
