Job Summary

Own the end-to-end visual and copy collateral workflow from asset creation to social, email, and web, turning brand guidelines into consistent campaigns and digital experiences.

  • Creative Asset Production: Produce posters, ads, social content, photography, and video that align with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Support & Analytics: Back campaigns across channels and report CTR, conversions, impressions, and ROAS to identify optimizations.
  • Web & Content Ops: Act as website QA, forms, databases, mobile tools, and copy delivery to keep digital assets fresh and functional.

Job Description

  • Coordinate design and implementation of company assets – includes traditional elements (posters, flyers, advertisements) along with digital banner ads, social content including photography, videography and editing, and the creation of marketing collateral within brand guidelines for both internal and external audiences
  • Support advertising campaigns including social, email, and traditional marketing channels; generate quarterly reports tracking CTR’s, conversions, impressions, and return on ad spending (ROAS) to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite for posting, monitoring and reporting on organization accounts
  • Monitor social media across multiple platforms with attention to data-driven insights to improve audience and customer engagement
  • Experience with e-mail platform content creation and distribution
  • Serve as Website quality control monitor, make updates, verify HTML and ensure that all links stay active on web sites and microsites.
  • Create and maintain information-capturing web forms and databases.
  • Assist in design, creation, and execution of mobile applications.
  • Assist in copywriting, editing, and stakeholder outreach.
