Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets for social media, digital ads, print materials, pitch decks, and event signage
• Collaborate closely with marketing and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency
• Contribute ideas and concepts during team brainstorming sessions
• Support the execution of content publishing across social and digital platforms
• Conduct design research and stay current on creative and cultural trends in the U.S. and Korea

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• Strong design fundamentals with attention to typography, color, and layout
• Fluent in Korean (required)
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Preferred

• Strong proficiency in layout design and typography
• Experience with Adobe After Effects or basic animation tools (a plus, not required)
• Understanding of preparing files for print production (bleeds, CMYK, packaging)
• Familiarity with digital content specs across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
