Own weekly reviews and early underperformance interventions

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own strategy, campaign builds, creative direction and performance on your own ecommerce accounts
Run YouTube Ads and Demand Gen campaigns end to end
Lead a pod of media buyers — their results are your results
Run weekly account reviews, catch underperformance early, and step in hands-on when an account needs a reset
Coach your buyers on YouTube and Demand Gen campaign structure, creative testing and scaling
Join client calls when a senior voice is needed

Requirements

3+ years running Google Ads for ecommerce brands
Genuine YouTube Ads and Demand Gen experience at meaningful spend — this is essential. Search and Shopping only won't be enough for this role
Track record of scaling accounts, not just maintaining them
Experience leading, mentoring or reviewing the work of other media buyers
An incredibly hard worker who moves fast, takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told
Strong communicator — direct and clear in writing and on calls
