Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and managing Google Ad campaigns targeting local families in the Lakewood and Wheat Ridge areas
  • Researching and refining keywords around music lessons, piano lessons, and children's music classes
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance on an ongoing basis
  • Providing clear, straightforward monthly reporting on spend, leads, and results
  • Collaborating with us on ad copy we'll bring our voice and brand knowledge, you'll bring structure and strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google Search Ads for local service businesses
  • Comfortable working with modest budgets (about $500-1000/month ad spend) and maximizing ROI
  • Strong communicator who can explain what's working and why in plain language

Preferred

  • Experience with children's services, education, or arts businesses is a plus but not required
  • Meta Ads experience is a bonus for potential future work
