Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute Baratza's global social media strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring content aligns with brand priorities, product roadmaps, and campaign timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, and global distribution for product launches, brand campaigns, and evergreen storytelling.
  • Maintain Baratza's brand voice, visual standards, and specialty coffee credibility across all social platforms.
  • Execute Baratza's community management approach, engaging with audiences, responding to conversations, and helping maintain a welcoming and knowledgeable brand presence.
  • Coordinate Beanz.com roaster relationships with Beanz, helping develop and activate the "Platinum Roaster" content program to showcase craft, partnerships, and shared values.
  • Coordinate Baratza's creator and influencer collaborations, working with BRG regional channel partners, PR partners, and agencies to support consistent and high-quality storytelling.
  • Execute social content for collaborations, partnerships, and cross-brand moments, ensuring alignment with broader brand initiatives.
  • Support social promotion for global events and trade shows, creating and distributing content before, during, and after key moments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and regional teams to activate social content that supports product launches and GTM initiatives.
  • Track and report on monthly social performance, including growth, engagement, and content effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for paid boosting and amplification of priority content in partnership with marketing stakeholders, supporting Global Brand Manager in paid media strategy and execution.
  • Use performance insights to help optimize content formats, storytelling approaches, and posting cadence.
