Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary guide for Google’s Lead Generation portfolio, defining the multi-year product strategy across Search, YouTube, Display, and emerging surfaces.
  • Facilitate and direct governance forums (e.g., product and Global Business Organization Steering Committees and Business and Finance Management meetings) to align Global Business Organization and Product leadership on joint priorities.
  • Co-create and prioritize the Lead Generation roadmap, generating adoption for core growth pillars (e.g., Data Strength, First-Party native formats, and qualification tools).
  • Partner with leadership sponsors across Global Business Organization and Ads to secure resourcing, unblock dependencies, and resolve trade-offs.
  • Manage executive alignment and cross-product area coordination, bridging Global Business Organization commercial priorities with product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.

Preferred

  • Experience with Google's suite of advertising products especially Lead Generation solutions, as well as traditional and digital marketing tactics and strategy.
  • Experience with Lead Generation advertisers and or new/emerging businesses.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multi-dimensional, international projects.
  • Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
  • Demonstrated ability to orchestrate and deploy product strategy, including influencing cross-functional counterparts and thriving in complex work groups without official authority.
