Job Summary

Own GTM Security strategy and portfolio execution with data-driven decisioning, aligning plans to company growth and market benchmarks.

  • Own GTM Security plays across product portfolios and ecosystems, driving prioritized roadmaps and field activation.
  • Design integrated GTM blueprints across industries, solutions, services, enablement, and compensation to balance growth and efficiency.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, diagnose issues, and recommend data-driven pivots informed by ongoing research and benchmarking.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the construction and implementation of GTM Security plays for your specific product portfolio.
  • Drive strategic decision-making by leveraging analysis and insights, aligning project portfolios and Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with company strategy to achieve growth goals for Security.
  • Support the design and implementation of integrated GTM Security blueprints across the full ecosystem (e.g., industries, solutions, partnerships, services, enablement, compensation), collaborate with practice lead to balance efficiency and growth.
  • Oversee the GTM Security portfolio, continuously monitor business performance, diagnose issues, and recommend new approaches based on results and data-driven insights.
  • Conduct ongoing research and benchmarking to incorporate industry best practices, provide actionable insights and recommendations to practice lead to inform strategic alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in GTM planning or technical roles in Cloud Security in a customer-facing or support function.
  • Experience in delivering GTM motions.

Preferred

  • Experience selling cloud products.
  • Experience with content creation and narrative development.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, build relationships, import/export talent and ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to define/execute GTM processes, analytics, and reporting to scale the business.
  • Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to deliver a business and technical pitch to the C-Suite and Board levels.
