Job Summary

Own the Infrastructure industry content and campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams to drive awareness, demand, and qualified leads within GIS-enabled infrastructure contexts.

  • Coordinate campaign tactics across conferences, webinars, collateral, web, social, and press to hit industry goals.
  • Align with Marketing, Sales, Product, and partners to deliver campaigns and validate progress with stakeholders.
  • Build content cadence and industry positioning to raise awareness and generate demand among infrastructure buyers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute campaign tactics and related internal communications to meet Industry campaign success goals, including
  • Conferences, trade shows, seminars, webinars, and workshops
  • Collateral including blogs, white papers, brochures, and articles
  • Web and social media
  • Press media and advertising
  • Align and collaborate with multiple Esri teams including marketing, sales, product development, international distributors, training, and partner teams to successfully deliver campaigns and qualified leads
  • Work with Industry Managers and Marketing Specialists to track campaign progress at every step and proactively work with internal and external customers to steer activities in the right direction
  • Support a regular cadence of content (such as webinars, customer success stories, eBooks, social media, blogs, and more) that drives awareness, demand, and community
  • Draw upon industry knowledge, research, writing, and collaboration skills
  • Research, evaluate, and lead efforts on strategic industry positioning specific to the higher level Infrastructure industries; gain validation by internal and external experts

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in Infrastructure-related industries
  • Knowledge of GIS and GIS applications within the infrastructure domain (Electric, Gas, Telecom, AEC, Water, Imagery or Digital Twins)
  • Excellent communication skills to include written, verbal, and presentation
  • Highly organized, strongly self-motivated, and can multi-task activities
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Strong decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, GIS, or geography or a related field
