Join Self Storage Plus as a General Manager and experience personal fulfillment and measurable success. Oversee the day-to-day management, leasing, and maintenance of our storage facilities. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all elements of property operations including leasing, marketing, customer relations, rent collection, maintenance, and financial reporting Maintaining the property through regular maintenance checks, conducting daily property walks to ensure that safety and security requirements are met, making minor repairs as needed Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the property, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, cleaning out storage units, and other cleaning responsibilities as needed Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner Oversee the monthly auction process Providing task management oversight of Assistant Store Managers by providing guidance, working to create a safe and productive work environment, and assisting in the hiring process as needed Implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience Physical Requirements: Ability to bend and lift to move items at least 25 or more pounds Ability to operate tools and equipment, such as bolt cutters, grinders and drills Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time while performing indoor and outdoor job responsibilities Requirements: Flexibility to work at multiple locations Managerial experience Strong customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office Ability to meet sales goals Valid driver's license Top Reasons to Join Self Storage Plus: Full-time staff are offered medical, dental, and vision insurance Full-time staff are eligible to participate in the 401(k) program with company match Paid time off and holidays Career skills development Great work/life balance Apply Now: If you are an organized, customer-focused professional with a knack for property management, apply today for this rewarding opportunity with Self Storage Plus!
