Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers in retail stores and promotional event environments
• Provide product knowledge, customer support, and service information
• Assist customers with promotions, purchases, enrollments, and upgrades
• Support retail sales goals, customer acquisition efforts, and brand awareness campaigns
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional, face-to-face interaction
• Represent brands inside high-traffic retail locations and community events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to drive performance results

Preferred

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, events, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required
