Own full stack development across front and back end to ship user friendly web apps using an Agile, team-based process.

Own end-to-end implementation: front-end interfaces, APIs, and data layers for responsive apps.
Drive code quality and performance: clean, scalable code, quick troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions through the full SDLC.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer, based in Worcester, MA, with the option for partial remote work. The Full Stack Developer will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Daily responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, troubleshooting software issues, optimizing applications for speed and efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technologies.
The role involves participation in the full software development lifecycle with a strong focus on creating user-friendly solutions.

Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
Experience with Back-End Web Development, including database management, server-side technologies, and APIs
Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development for web-based applications
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug a range of technical challenges
Familiarity with software development methodologies like Agile and version control tools such as Git
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
