Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes integrated digital communication strategies across email, text, social media, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Plans, implements, and optimizes audience-centered digital engagement driving awareness, inquiry, and student progression.
  • Maintains a comprehensive social media calendar aligned with events and marketing campaigns.
  • Develops social media campaign strategies and reports performance with recommendations.
  • Designs campaigns balancing data-driven insights with creative storytelling to highlight the student experience.
  • Leads marketing email communications for inquiry, application, yield, enrollment, and retention with Student Affairs.
  • Integrates email and digital messaging into campaigns with automated drip communications and ads.
  • Uses CRM to manage contacts, segment audiences, and execute targeted communication strategies.
  • Collaborates with Graphic Design Manager to ensure visual consistency with brand identity.
  • Leads content strategy and optimization of the college chatbot with engagement data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience managing organizational social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to pitch, test, and implement new creative approaches to social media and digital engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay updated on the latest trends in social media and networking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with students on camera.
