Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic, client‑facing leadership for oncology communications initiatives
  • Shape strategy and narrative around clinical data, medical meetings, and milestone communications
  • Advise senior biotech leadership through fast‑moving and complex data moments
  • Lead and participate in senior‑level discussions , offering calm, confident guidance
  • Partner with internal teams to guide direction and decision‑making , rather than executing deliverables
  • Support continuity and momentum during a period of transition

Requirements

  • Deeply experienced in oncology communications , with a strong understanding of clinical and scientific storytelling
  • Comfortable advising senior biotech leadership in dynamic, data‑driven environments
  • Strategic, composed, and confident , particularly during high‑stakes moments
  • Experienced working within an agency and/or in‑house biotech setting
  • Able to step in quickly and add value with minimal ramp‑up
