Job Description
Responsibilities
- Concept, shoot, and edit vertical videos
- Create UGC-style content that feels authentic but polished
- Develop strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
- Film product demonstrations, tutorials, before/afters, and educational content
- Deliver performance-driven variations (different hooks, angles, CTAs)
- Stay current on trends while maintaining brand tone
- Deliver content on agreed timelines with clean, organized files
Requirements
- Has experience creating content for TikTok, Reels, and paid ads
- Understands direct-response creative and performance marketing
- Knows how to script compelling hooks and clear CTAs
- Can self-shoot with strong lighting and clean audio
- Has a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail
- Is comfortable on camera (or directing talent)
Preferred
- Has experience in beauty, wellness, skincare, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
