Responsibilities

• Profile Optimization: Geotag local boundaries, integrate local search terms (#MesaEats, #MesaCoffee), and format a distinct local bio structure.
• Content Strategy: Maintain a steady production routine delivering 3 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and 2 narrative photo posts per week.
• Production Days: Coordinate 2 to 3 on-site media production capture windows at the new Mesa physical venue to film behind-the-scenes milestones.
• Influencer Outreach: Source and contact 10-15 hyper-local neighborhood lifestyle creators to secure complimentary product-exchange promotions.
• Paid Campaign Operations: Target social ads to a strict 5-mile localized radius surrounding the crossroads of the new storefront.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations in a freelance or agency capacity.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms’ management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Demonstrated ability in content creation including graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing, photography, and proofreading skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, social listening techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing performance monitoring.
• Ability to analyze data from various sources to generate actionable insights for ongoing campaign improvement.
• Excellent written communication skills with an eye for branding consistency across all content types.
• Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred.
