Responsibilities

Content calendar planning
Structuring and refining content ideas
Short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok style)
Designing educational carousels
Writing and refining captions
Supporting audience growth strategy
Light analytics review and performance tracking
Maintaining cohesive visual identity
Repurposing long-form content into social formats

Requirements

Experienced in growing wellness-focused accounts
Familiar with women’s health, hormones, gut health, and nervous system regulation
Strong in video editing and educational formatting
Organized and proactive
Comfortable collaborating and thinking strategically
Interested in growing alongside a mission-driven brand
