Job Summary

Own the end-to-end on-site restaurant content engine: plan, shoot, and deliver short-form food videos that showcase texture, plating, and personality, while guiding restaurant staff on camera and collaborating with the Creative Director to realize shot lists.

  • On-site video production: lead and execute on-site social media shoots at restaurant locations
  • Food-focused storytelling: film food-focused moments (texture, steam, plating, action shots) and direct staff on camera
  • Creative collaboration: work with the Creative Director to translate concepts into compelling short-form content

Job Description

Own the end-to-end on-site restaurant content engine: plan, shoot, and deliver short-form food videos that showcase texture, plating, and personality, while guiding restaurant staff on camera and collaborating with the Creative Director to realize shot lists.

  • On-site video production: lead and execute on-site social media shoots at restaurant locations
  • Capturing vertical content: capture short-form vertical content (Reels / TikTok style)
  • Direct talent on camera: direct FOH & BOH staff comfortably on camera
  • Food-focused storytelling: film food-focused content (texture, steam, sauce pulls, plating, action shots)
  • Creative collaboration: assist with filming light skit-style or personality-driven content
  • Speed and efficiency: move efficiently in fast-paced restaurant environments
  • Delivery and handoff: deliver organized raw footage promptly after shoots
  • Creative alignment: collaborate with our Creative Director on shot lists and concepts
