Job Summary

Own the global guest-communications program for Formula 1 and motorsports, shaping executive and VIP experiences through proactive messaging and real-time issue management.

  • Lead cross-functional guest communications planning with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate messaging across race-weekend touchpoints.
  • Anticipate questions, de-escalate concerns, and adapt messaging in real time to evolving on-site conditions while upholding discretion and premium hospitality standards.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead all guest-facing communications across global Formula 1 and motorsports programs
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal judgment
  • Ability to communicate with warmth, discretion, and authority across diverse executive audiences
  • Skilled at de-escalating guest concerns and navigating sensitive situations with professionalism
  • Able to balance operational precision with elevated hospitality instincts
  • Demonstrates extreme ownership and follow-through across every guest touchpoint
  • Maintains composure and accuracy while managing last-minute changes and evolving event conditions
  • Real-time guest issue management
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to internal teams regarding guest communications flow, timing, and experience
  • Develop communications strategies aligned with the cadence and complexity of Formula 1 race weekends
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in executive communications, luxury hospitality communications, sports marketing, Formula 1 hospitality, or experiential events
  • Exceptional copywriting, proofreading, and editorial skills
  • Experience supporting executive-level or VIP audiences
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure live event environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage highly detailed communications with minimal oversight
  • An elite communicator with exceptional attention to detail
  • Calm, polished, and solutions-oriented under pressure
  • Hospitality-minded with a white-glove service mentality
  • Highly organized and operationally aware
  • Confident interfacing with senior executives and demanding stakeholders
