Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Fragrance Director and commercial team to develop growth strategies tailored to key fragrance markets and customer needs.
  • Support the Marketing Director in developing the marketing plans, strategic initiatives, and commercial growth programs.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses using resources like Mintel, WGSN, and Spate to identify emerging trends, white space opportunities, consumer insights, and influential categories.
  • Create strategic customer presentations, trend reports, and marketing initiatives that support business development efforts.
  • Write compelling copy for customer presentations, fragrance stories, internal communications, and marketing materials.
  • Design customer-facing presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and related software.
  • Routinely evaluate fragrance, beauty, home, and lifestyle trends, and consumer preference shifts to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate new product meetings with the commercial and creative teams.
  • Maintain and organize fragrance marketing resources, industry reference materials, and competitive intelligence databases.
  • Participate in fragrance evaluations with perfumers and commercial teams, providing olfactive, consumer, and market-driven feedback to guide fragrance development.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of fragrance, beauty, personal care, and consumer product market trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with presentation design platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform standard office activities throughout the workday.
  • Ability to smell and evaluate fragrance products as part of normal job responsibilities.

Preferred
